Design Managers
Propose to separate allocate design manager with separate teams who have extensive experience in the design of Glass and allied cladding systems along with experience of handling large projects.
Document Controller
Central point for all design & project related document management, ensuring latest drawings, revisions, maintenance of drawing registers, approved documentation, as built documentation, MOM etc are maintained in a ready to access manner.
Design Coordinator
BOM estimation in conjunction with the Senior Design Manager, Responsible for all internal coordination between materials, factory & site.
Deliverable's
Understanding the architectural & design parameters and content, design implementation, preparation of shop drawings for approvals, as-built drawings etc.
Structural Engineer
Verifying & assisting the design team in ensuring compliance with specified technical requirements. Ensuring the structural stability by providing supporting structural calculations as per codes for client approval.
